Due to the nature of our products and in alignment with distributor hygiene and safety regulations, the following return policy applies.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

• Press-on nails

• Hair products

• Beauty tools

• Cosmetics or personal care items

Once shipped, opened, or delivered, these items cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion based on distributor availability.

Non-Returnable Situations

Refunds or replacements will not be issued for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Minor variations in color or packaging

• Delays caused by carriers

• Items marked as delivered
